We have the following positions currently open. Assistant Pool Manager Job Description Under the direction of the Crozet Park Pool Committee, the Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Crozet Park Pool when the Pool Manager is not available. The Assistant Pool Manager is also responsible for all the staff employees and ensuring the pool rules and policies are understood and followed by both employee and patrons. Furthermore, Assistant Pool Managers are to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive pool program. Qualifications Updated certification required for lifeguards Two or more years lifeguard experience Demonstrates leadership/supervisory skills necessary to assist in the pool management and working with the public. Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more) Lifeguard Job Description Under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager or Assistant Pool Manager, Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of all the Crozet Park Pool patrons. In addition, you will follow the rotation schedule set by the Pool Manager. Qualifications Updated certification required for lifeguards Two or more years lifeguard experience First Aid certification Demonstrates leadership/supervisory skills necessary to assist in the pool management and working with the public. Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more) Swim Lesson Instructors (Description and Qualifications posted soon) Concession Stand Attendants Job Description Under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager or Assistant Pool Manager, Concession Stand employees will serve as cashier and be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the concession stand. Qualifications Demonstrates leadership and working with the public. Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. (occasionally more)
