for all ages and abilities

POPULAR REQUEST, Boot Camp for REAL People is headed indoors for the fall
and winter. Boot Camp will be held in the Crozet Park building at the park. Get
a great workout and have fun! Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00
a.m. AND 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Starts Monday, October 19. Cost Bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and a
positive attitude! All ages and abilities welcome! Fee is $95 for 8
sessions or $15/class.
